Launched in private and public markets at a very critical time, 2011 during the civil ware in Libya.
Since 2012, after ware, TD Pharma has started partnerships with pharmaceutical industry leaders like Pierre Fabre Laboratory and others.
In 2015 the first subsidiary, daughter company was founded named Almasa Aldhabya Co with the goal to be one of the strongest suppliers of Medical equipment.
In 2019, we expanded our business with the establishment of OYA for Medical Industries Co. This strategic move also included the acquisition of several key assets, including a state-of-the-art warehouse.
On 2021.Achieved a remarkable market coverage exceeding 75%, serving over 2,000 clients directly and succeeded to deliver more than # M unit of pharmaceuticals all over the country.

Our 1000 sqm warehouse adheres to the most rigorous international medical storage standards, ensuring optimal conditions for every product we handle.
- Advanced temperature control systems, including walk-in freezers, guarantee the preservation of your medication’s potency and efficacy.
- Electronic sensors meticulously monitor temperature and humidity throughout the facility, triggering immediate alerts for any deviations. This system calibrated and validated regularly.
- A robust fire and security alarm system, combined with 24/7 CCTV.
- It is very Spacious, boasting 204 heavy-duty steel shelves (each with a 1500 kg capacity) and 612 compartments. Our warehouse offers a total storage capacity of 306 metric tons – that’s equivalent to 30 forty-foot containers.
- It’s approved and certified by health authorities in Libya.
- Our commitment to quality doesn’t stop at storage but extends also during delivery. All pharmaceuticals delivered by refrigerated vehicles to all sales points ensuring GTP.
